DRB Consulting Engineers has prepared several Townhouse and Affordable Housing Developments for KDC.  Our scope of services on these projects includes stormwater drainage design, site levels, retaining walls, driveway design, onsite stormwater retention, onsite stormwater detention and erosion and sediment control.   Design development for high yield sites like townhouse developments and affordable housing projects are quite complex and difficult to achieve a cost effective design that does not impact on the architectural design intent.  At DRB we specialise in these developments, achieving great outcomes for the site, and for the client.
